Obstacle Course Training
A specialized training program that targets providing the necessary strength and muscular endurance to complete n event like: Tough Mudder, Spartan Race or other multi-discipline event. We target strength, endurance, agility and mental determination/stamina through a program that is well paced and designed. The first part of the program helps develop strength and stability. We then begin adding resistance and intensity for increased power. Lastly, we integrate your newly gained strength and stability to explosive movements and plyometric exercises. Our training facility is equipped with all the necessary components (free weights, peg boards, drag sleds, suspended rings, climbing rope), and other specialized equipment) to prepare and challenge you to your full potential. Additionally, as needed, we use some off-site field trips to local parks, open space, and near-by outdoor destinations.

PROGRAM & PRICING DETAILS:
Days: Tuesday/Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings
Times: 5:30 p.m. 8:00 a.m. respectively.
Cost: Cost: $18/session; Total $432
We are offering 3 options for payment:
Option 1: Pay in full by March 20th and SAVE $50: $382
Option 2: Pay only $382 by March 20th - SAVE $50, payable in 2 payments:
1st payment $191 by March 20th
2nd payment of $191 by April 3rd
Option 3: Pay $432 in 2 paymets, after March 20th:
1st payment of $216 due at sign-up
2nd paymet of $216 by May 8th
