30-Day Summer Body Challenge

Hey everyone! Does the longer than normal winter or the same old workout routines have you wondering if you will see your Summer Body this Summer?? Not to worry, kick your Booty into Summer Shape with our 30-day fitness and Summer Body Challenge.

Your current fitness level is not important as we have exercise and intensity modifications suited to everyone. Our program is designed to work every major muscle group in your body every workout. We have structured the workouts to reshape your body and give it the opportunity for sufficient recovery through rest and nutrition guidelines.

The goal is to get you stronger, fitter, and healthier in a month - without getting bored!

Program Details:
START DAY: May 1st, 2017
Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 5:30 am
Price: $18/session (1 to 6 coach/participant)
