Winter Sports Conditioning Program

Our Winter Conditioning Program will help you prepare your body for the rigors of winter activities and sports. It is designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We use a circuit format of 10 to 15 exercises that will challenge the participants muscle endurance, core and cardio fitness and dynamic agility and balance. Besides the obvious health benefits, participants may also experience improved resistance of flu and cold symptoms, reduced risk of injury, and improved stability and balance in icy or slippery environments.

Avoid injury and extend your day on the slopes!

Cost: $135/Three Week Program
$90/children ages: 9-16 (parent must be in attendance)

Sessions: Unlimited access

Monday: 6:30 | 9:00 am
Tuesday: 9:00 am | 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 6:30 am | 9:00 am
Thursday: 9:00 am | 5:30 pm
Friday: 6:30 am
Saturday: 10:00 am

Program 1: October 30th through November 18th
Program 2: November 27th through December 16th
